Shipping policy
We aim to ship orders within 1 business day when placed before 12 PM EST. Please make sure your e-mail address is correctly entered at checkout to receive your live order status page and (if selected) e-mail notifications for tracking. International Shipping (USA)
Delivery timelines vary based on country and time of year. Multiple shipping options are available. Not all shipping options include tracking information. In order to provide our international customers with all possible shipping options in their area we have included both tracked and non-tracked delivery options. Please note, ‘Canada Post Small Packet US Air‘ does NOT include tracking while ‘Canada Post Tracked US Air’ does come with tracking included. Once your order has shipped it is not possible to reverse your shipping method selected. We ship all packages duties unpaid. It is possible your local jurisdiction will enforce tariff collection which is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Free Local Shipping
On occasion we may run a free local shipping offer. This local shipping refers to the geographical (approx 55km radius) from our Ship From location. In order to determine if you are eligible for 'Free Local Shipping' proceed to shipping options to determine if this option is available for your ship to location.
Lost / Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered and you have not received it, please e-mail us right away at Mercyperformance@gmail.com. We have strong relationships with our carriers and can create cases to resolve in a timely manner. Please note, if an investigation confirms theft, we do require a police report to be filed to aid in preventing future theft or fraud. Thank you for your understanding.
