Did we make a mistake on your order?

At Mercy Performance we do our best to review all products prior to shipping to avoid any defects or mis-shipments leaving our shop.   Errors may happen on occasion. If we send you the wrong item or received a defective unit, let us know. Send an email to mercyperformance@gmail.com.  Include your order #, full name, mailing address, and email address with a description of your concern.  We’ll take it from there and let you know what to do next!

Returns must occur within 30 days of receiving your order.  For non-defective returns customers are responsible for shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at mercyperformance@gmail.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund, Exchange & Return policy

Return and Exchange Procedure - Step by Step

  1. Email  mercyperformance@gmail.com to start the process and get your RA# (Return Authorization #) for your exchange or return.

  2. Include your order number (from your original order) and email address.  Include an explanation for your return or exchange.

  3. Check your email. You will receive a notification that we received your return request.

  4. We do our best to approve or reject exchange or refund requests within 48-72 hours during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p PST).

  5. If your exchange or refund is approved, we will send further instructions on how to return your item.

  6. If your exchange or refund is rejected, the notification email will explain why.

  7. Discount code purchases may request store credit or exchanges only.

  8. All returns MUST have an RA# (return authorization) to be processed.

  9. Refunded orders will be refunded for cost of goods not shipping costs included.

Additional info:

You may return your unworn, unwashed, product in its original packaging with tags attached for a full refund within 30 days. Any items returned later than 30 days will not be accepted or processed.

  • All clearance item purchases are final sale, no exchange or refunds.  If the product is damaged we will exchange or refund.  

  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

  • Mercy Performance will ship back domestic exchanges at no cost, one time. Additional exchanges will be subject to regular mail shipping charges.

  • Orders that request a refund after we have shipped out an exchange will be subject to shipping fees deducted from the available refund amount.

  • Exchanges are for exact value only. 

  • Mercy does not pay for International shipping for exchange items.

  • Do not send order back "return to sender" you require an RA to process refund.

  • International orders sent return to sender will not receive refunds for any shipping fees.

  • If we make a mistake in our inventory and sell an out of stock item, we will refund the item.
